What we collect

When you request a demo we collect your first name, mobile number, street address or ZIP, the day and time window you choose, the reasons you picked, your preferred language, and whether you agreed to texts. If you add optional details we also keep your email, a guest's first name, how you heard about us, and your notes. A careers application collects your name, mobile number and city.

Where it goes

Your request goes to Air Quality, Inc.'s own system, which is the record. If that system cannot be reached, this website holds your request in a small database until it can be delivered. That copy keeps the details for up to 30 days after delivery, then the details are removed and only a log line remains.

A short alert with your first name, city, day, time window and mobile number is posted to a private Discord channel used by the office, so that someone can follow up quickly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. This website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do not send automatic text messages (see the texting terms).
